I was with this branch for years. Never had an issue before the late Denise Sheeders unfortunately passed away. She was a wonderful woman. When the new person took over we had few minor issues in the beginning, but it wasn’t until I actually had a claim, that we had any real issues. First they switched me from full coverage to comprehensive, and I really wasn’t aware this change occurred. Luckily, the comprehensive still covered this incident. I was heading home from work, and a deer ran in front of me. I did everything I could to try, and slow the vehicle down. Yet, there was no way of avoiding it. My front end, my grill, my hood were all damaged. I called Statefarm everything was covered. They said that it wouldn’t affect my rates. After the repairs, my monthly payment went through the roof. So, I started shopping around. Just to find out that even before the incident, I was already paying too much for insurance. Statefarm was already so high that I had avoided rental car coverage, and road side assistance. After the accident their office wouldn’t even respond to any of my texts, or emails. With my new company I have full coverage insurance, a low deductible, rental car coverage, and road side assistance. I even reported my hitting the deer to them, and my monthly payment is still $150 cheaper than what Statefarm raise mine to after the accident, and around $60 cheaper than before the accident. So, if you’ve been with Statefarm for years, like I have you might want to shop around. I mean why pay more than you have to? I admit that they will go above, and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired, as they should.

Very rude people they claim your always behind even when your paid up they claim you miss a payment or payments they have horrible customer service and are very rude and very horrible services

Connie has done an excellent job at obtaining quotes for us and goes above and beyond to provide awesome customer service. I have also had the pleasure of working with other members of Kristin’s team. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and always have our best interests in mind when important decisions are required. I switched from Farm Bureau and was very unhappy with the insurance I had before. The lady's in this office are incredibly polite and articulate, they go above and beyond to ensure you get the best possible prices/coverage, and they are sooo thorough with making sure you understand the coverage you're buying. I had billing questions recently, I sent one text to the office and within an hour Kristin personally called me to talk things over and gave me peace of mind about the questions I had. I have nothing but praise for this office!
